Equitable Fixed Annuity
The Secure Savings multi year, guaranteed annuity is an Equitable fixed annuity available in most states. They have very competitive interest rates on available on a 2 year and 5 year term. The product is a MYGA with the same rates for the entire contract period. Both qualified and non qualified money can be put into the product on a 2 or 5 year guaranteed basis. Liquidity options are available during the surrender period depending on the product chosen
Equitable Fixed Annuity: Secure Savings vs. Secure Savings Elite
The Secure Savings and the Secure Savings Elite are similar products. Both are MYGA’s with a 2 and 5 year term option. The main difference between the two products is the liquidity and rates. The Secure Savings Elite has a higher fixed rate but does not allow access to the funds during the surrender period without a penalty. In other words, it does not have a free withdraw amount like the Secure Savings product does.

Broker contracting and compensation
Brokers/agents can contract to offer both the Secure Savings and the Secure Savings Elite products. Agents receive compensation on both the 5 and the 2 year product. The compensation pay is up front and also has an annual trail commission. A contracting kit has been provided below.
